For 90 minutes, you will relax side by side in a treatment that combines warmth, minerals, and time for stillness. Guided by a single therapist, you will take turns receiving treatment in 10-minute intervals, while the other enjoys a moment of rest and allows the body to absorb the benefits of the experience.
This treatment is a true Mineral Boost, using mineral-rich products and mineral salts to revitalise the skin and provide deep relaxation for the body. The soothing warmth of heated stones combined with restorative massage helps you let go, be present, and simply unwind.
The treatment focuses on the entire body, with special attention given to areas that commonly hold tension, including the scalp, feet, hands and arms, back, shoulders, and neck. Each treatment segment is followed by a period of rest, allowing you to fully experience its effects and sink deeper into relaxation.
