Senior & Student Spa 14-17
If you have a little extra time to enjoy some weekday indulgence, we highly recommend visiting us during the week. As a senior or student, you can also enjoy special rates on selected packages with arrival Monday to Friday. We call it Spa the Småland Way.
Overlooking the beautiful Lake Hoka, you can relax in both hot and cold springs or sip a refreshing green smoothie while soaking in our steaming outdoor pool. There is plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity, with sensory showers, a sauna landscape, foot baths, and a Kneipp experience. You might even dare to take a refreshing dip in the lake just outside. Winter swimming in particular is said to have many positive effects on both body and mind.
As a spa guest, you are also welcome to work out independently in our gym, which offers stunning lake views.

Please note that no meal is included in this package. If you would like to dine with us during your visit, we recommend booking one of our other spa packages.
To take advantage of this offer, you must present either:
Valid identification showing that you are 65 years or older, or
A valid Mecenat student card upon arrival.
If proof of eligibility cannot be provided, standard rates will apply.

Spa Developments & New Experiences
On the upper floor, next to the gym, we now offer yoga, core training, and Pilates classes in our yoga studio, Lotus. These sessions can be added to your spa booking as optional extras when making your reservation. When no classes are scheduled, Lotus serves as a peaceful relaxation space with spectacular views. From here, you can also step out onto The Viewpoint, a beautiful wooden deck overlooking Lake Hoka.
Between the spa and the restaurant, Barbro’s Rose Garden has blossomed into a beautiful and inviting space. The garden creates a harmonious connection between our different environments and is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink, or savour a meal.
Another recent addition is the ability to order food and beverages directly from the outdoor hot springs or relaxation areas by scanning our QR codes.
