Morning Spa 9-12 with Meal
Enjoy a peaceful morning at the spa. Gently awaken your body with a relaxing session in the sauna, watch the morning mist lift from a warm spring, and take a leisurely swim in the pool. The perfect time of day for those seeking peace, quiet, and relaxation.
This package includes one meal per person. You may choose to dine in the spa bar and enjoy one of our poke bowls (chicken, salmon, or tofu) or our popular Swedish shrimp sandwich. Alternatively, why not start your day with a luxurious hotel breakfast in the manor restaurant?

One meal included – choose your preferred option in Step 2 (one selection per person). If no choice is made, a chicken poke bowl will be served.

Our spa has a minimum age requirement of 15 years, except during selected school holidays.

Spa Developments & New Experiences
On the upper floor, next to the gym, we now offer yoga, core training, and Pilates classes in our yoga studio, Lotus. These sessions can be added to your spa booking as optional extras when making your reservation. When no classes are scheduled, Lotus serves as a peaceful relaxation space with stunning views. From here, you can also step out onto The Viewpoint, a beautiful wooden deck overlooking Lake Hoka.
Between the spa and the restaurant, Barbro's Rose Garden has blossomed into a beautiful and inviting space. The garden creates a harmonious connection between our different environments and is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink, or savour a meal.
Another recent addition is the ability to order food and beverages directly from the outdoor hot springs or relaxation areas by scanning our QR codes.
