Table Reservation Christmas Buffet - Dinner
Last year’s “A New Kind of Christmas Buffet” was a great success, so we’re bringing it back this year. The main course is still served at the table, while both the starter and dessert are presented as buffets featuring only the most popular favourites.
Menu – A New Kind of Christmas Buffet
Starter Buffet
Featuring, among other things, devilled eggs, cold cuts, pickled herring, a variety of salmon dishes, prawn salad, dill-tossed potatoes, and bread.
Main Course
Homemade meatballs, mini sausages from Waggeryds Chark, pork ribs, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage, and Jansson’s Temptation.
Dessert Buffet
Hooks cheesecake with jam and whipped cream, rice à la Malta, chocolate mousse, lemon meringue cake with Daim chocolate, apple compote, blackberry panna cotta, lemon cake, saffron cake with raspberries, truffles, and a cheese platter. (Desserts may vary.)

Vegetarian alternative is served as a plated meal.
